Lephalale Engineering was founded in 2024 by Mr. Alpheus Lephale, Mr. Daniel Stone, and Miss Karabo Ngoako. With extensive experience in mechanical engineering, line boring, and office administration, our team is committed to delivering top-notch engineering solutions.

We aim to be the top engineering works and on-site line boring company in Lephalale and Limpopo, expanding into neighboring regions while providing superior engineering services locally.

Meet Our Founders

  • Mr. Alpheus Lephale, Managing Director – Mechanical Engineer with nine years of experience at Eskom in boiler maintenance and mechanical component quality inspections.

  • Miss Karabo Ngoako, Office Administrator – Skilled in office administration, with training from Lephalale TVET College.

  • Mr. Daniel Stone, Workshop Manager – A qualified Fitter and Turner with over 22 years of experience and expertise in line boring.
